1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping
ReelKatha is a 100% digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All our services are delivered electronically through our web platform.

Available for download as MP4 files directly from your browser
No Shipping Address Required

2. Delivery of Digital Services
- Credits: Added to your account balance immediately after payment confirmation. If credits are not reflected within 15 minutes, please contact our support.
- Video Generation: Completed within 1-3 minutes after submission, depending on video length and complexity.
- Video Downloads: Available instantly from the editor page. Videos are generated in MP4 format (1080x1920, 9:16 aspect ratio) suitable for all major social media platforms.
3. Return Policy
As a digital service provider, traditional "returns" do not apply. However, we offer the following:
- Content regeneration: If you are not satisfied with a generated video, you can edit individual scenes, regenerate images, change voiceover, or modify the script using our built-in editor — at no additional credit cost.
- Technical failures: If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit used will be refunded to your account balance automatically.
- Unused credits: Credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely until used.
4. Cancellation
ReelKatha operates on a pay-per-use credit model with no subscriptions or recurring charges. There is nothing to cancel. You purchase credits when you want and use them at your own pace.

5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:
- Payment was processed but credits were not received
- Video generation gets stuck or fails repeatedly
- Unable to download your generated videos
- Any other service delivery issue
We aim to resolve all delivery issues within 24 hours.
