Since credits are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Once credits have been added to your account, they cannot be returned or exchanged for monetary value.

3. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Granted

We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges — if you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error
• Credits not delivered — if payment was successfully processed but credits were not added to your account
• Payment you didn't make — if someone else used your phone or payment method without your knowledge
• Platform unavailability — if the platform experienced extended downtime preventing you from using purchased credits within a reasonable timeframe

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Credits that have already been partially or fully used
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (you can regenerate content using the editor)
• Change of mind after purchase
• Account suspension due to violation of our terms of use

7. Free Credits

Free credits provided to new users or as part of promotional offers have no monetary value and are not eligible for refund or cash conversion.

8. Consumer Rights
